Sophie Wehtje

Sophie Wehtje is a Swedish architect and independent researcher based in London. She got involved with Drawing Matter in 2021 through her then PhD research on The Architectural Archive in a Digital Age at the University of Edinburgh (ESALA), and working on the DMJournal. She later joined the DM Team in 2023 working across the collection, digital and editorial.

Sophie started out studying Fine Arts at Parsons the New School for Design, then moved into architecture and completed her MSc in Architecture at The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm.
