The S AM Swiss Architecture Museum presents the exhibition ‘Tony Fretton: Practice’– the first exhibition at S AM under the directorship of Adam Szymczyk, which will be on view from September 19, 2026 to January 3, 2026. The exhibition has been conceived and realised in close collaboration and direct exchange with Tony Fretton. It features a retrospective of selected projects by London-based architect Tony Fretton (b. 1945). Texts, photographs and drawings offer insight into his architectural practice and the architect’s ongoing engagement with the existing urban context and natural environment and their social, cultural and political dimensions.
