Rosie Ellison-Balaam
Rosie Ellison-Balaam is an architectural historian. She has been part of the Drawing Matter team since 2020, working as one of the editors of www.drawingmatter.org, and as a collections researcher, running workshops with university groups and practitioners. Her role also encompasses the communications for the archive.
Rosie studied History of Art at the Courtauld Institute of Art and has previously worked in architecture practices, publishing houses, and as a freelance editor for design publications. Her interests lie in the intersection of language and architecture, exploring this within the collection, but equally in the architectural history journal, Folly (https://follyarch.info/).
